Scope and application

This Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to Personal Information under the control of NOVASAVES Inc. (the “Company”, “NovaSaves”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that we collect through this public website, Calendly scheduling, email correspondence, business enquiries, customer accounts, and business services that an authorized user connects to NovaSaves. “Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual, subject to the definitions and exclusions in applicable privacy law.

This public website does not currently offer account registration or online checkout. Customer accounts, paid services, and connected services may also be governed by just-in-time notices, provider terms, and an accepted Service Agreement. Those documents control to the extent they provide more specific terms for that relationship.

Accountability

The Company is responsible for Personal Information under its control. Questions, complaints, access requests, and correction requests may be directed in writing to the Company’s Privacy Officer at legal@novasaves.com.

Information collected

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, telephone number, and business contact details;
  • the contents of messages, enquiries, appointment details, or files you submit;
  • information about requested services, project requirements, and proposals;
  • when you authorize a connected business service, account and asset identifiers, granted permissions, authorization records, campaign configuration, reporting data, and related operational information needed to provide the service; and
  • technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, referring page, and security or diagnostic events.

We do not intentionally collect payment-card numbers through this public website. Never send card details, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials by email or in an appointment note.

Purposes and consent

We may collect, use, and disclose Personal Information for purposes that include:

  • responding to enquiries and communicating with you;
  • evaluating requests and preparing proposals or service documentation;
  • providing, administering, and improving requested services;
  • connecting authorized business assets and managing or reporting on specifically approved advertising activity;
  • operating, maintaining, monitoring, and securing the website and our systems;
  • preventing fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents; and
  • meeting legal, regulatory, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

We collect, use, and disclose Personal Information with consent or as otherwise permitted or required by law. When you voluntarily provide information for an obvious purpose, we may rely on your consent to use it for that purpose. You may withdraw consent on reasonable notice, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and any consequences we explain at the time of withdrawal.

Website technology

Cloudflare provides website hosting, network delivery, security, and limited operational telemetry. It may process technical information needed to deliver, diagnose, and protect the website.

This website includes a scheduling badge supplied by Calendly. Loading a page may connect your browser to Calendly. If you open or use the scheduling feature, Calendly may process the information you submit and related technical information under its own privacy terms.

Merely visiting this page does not connect a Meta, Google, or other business account to NovaSaves. A connected service requires a separate authorization by an authorized user.

Disclosure and service providers

We do not sell Personal Information. We may disclose Personal Information to contractors and service providers that support website hosting, email, scheduling, security, communications, professional advice, and business administration, but only as reasonably necessary for their authorized functions. We may also disclose information with consent, in connection with a lawful corporate transaction, or where permitted or required by law.

Service providers may process information in Canada or another jurisdiction. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful access procedures of that jurisdiction.

If you authorize NovaSaves to connect a service such as Meta or Google, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. A request to NovaSaves does not delete customer-owned Pages, Business Portfolios, ad accounts, or other assets held by the provider, and it cannot erase copies already retained independently by that provider or another third party.

Retention and accuracy

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes identified above, including responding to an enquiry, administering an engagement, maintaining required business and security records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we securely destroy, erase, or anonymize it where reasonably practicable. We make reasonable efforts to keep information used to make a decision affecting an individual accurate and complete.

Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information under our control. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, and withdrawal

Subject to applicable law, an individual may request access to Personal Information under our control, information about its use or disclosure, or correction of an error or omission. Requests must be made in writing and include enough information for us to verify the requester and identify the relevant records. We may refuse or limit a request where authorized or required by law.

Privacy requests and connected-service deletion

You may use the form below to request deletion of your NovaSaves account and eligible NovaSaves-held data, deletion of only the Meta-connected data held by NovaSaves, access or correction, or another privacy review. We verify identity and, for a business account, the requester’s authority before acting.

A full account-deletion request begins the applicable cancellation and offboarding process. Where a customer relationship has ended, a transfer-only period may apply before eligible customer content is permanently deleted. NovaSaves may retain restricted billing, tax, agreement, authorization, dispute, security, audit, or legal records for as long as they are reasonably required or required by law.

A Meta-only request asks NovaSaves to revoke its Meta authorization and delete eligible Meta access tokens, authorization records, and retained Meta-connected copies under NovaSaves control. It does not delete the rest of the NovaSaves account or customer-owned assets at Meta. Provider-side deletion must be requested through the provider where applicable.

What would you like NovaSaves to do?

This initial form opens a prepared message in your email app. NovaSaves receives the request only after you send that email. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or payment details.

Complaints and amendments

Privacy concerns should first be submitted to the Privacy Officer at legal@novasaves.com. We will investigate and respond as required by applicable law. We may publish a revised Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. A revised policy applies prospectively from publication. Where law requires notice or consent for a material new use of Personal Information, we will provide it before that use.
